Polvorones, Almond Shortbread Cakes (Seasonal Product)

Polvorones are crumbly almond cookies. They are called like that (“dusty”) because they are covered with powdered sugar. These delicious Spanish cookies are very traditional and especially popular at Christmas. They are ideal with tea, coffee or even wine!

This is a seasonal product. Available only in November and December.

Ingredients: Wheat flour, Iberian pork fat (acidifier: citric acid, antioxidants), sugar, almonds 8%, anti-humidity sugar (sugar, loading agent: calcium sulfate, hydrogenated vegetable fat (palm), anticaking agent: silicon dioxide, and antioxidants: tocopherol-rich extract and fatty acid esters of ascorbic acid).

May contain traces of other cereals that contain gluten, sesame, other nuts, peanuts, egg, soy, sulfur dioxide and sulfites, and milk (lactose).
