Mojo Picón Sauce
In the Canary Islands, there is no doubt that the sauce of choice is the slightly spicy mojo picón or mojo rojo. It is normally used to top the small, wrinkly Canarian potatoes in the famous dish known as "papas arrugadas".
This mojo picón from Ferrer follows the traditional recipe using mainly pepper, olive oil, garlic, and vinegar.

Ingredients: Sunflower oil, water, olive oil, vinegar, pepper, garlic, cayenne pepper, cumin, salt and stabilizer: xanthan gum.
