These are the traditional peppers of the Basque region. Guindilla peppers in wine vinegar, also referred to as piparras, are small semi-sweet peppers from the Basque Country of Spain. These slender yellow-green peppers are also known for being a crucial ingredient when preparing Gildas, the traditional Vasque tapa.

Packed in vinegar, they're a tangy, slightly sweet treat with just a mild hint of spice.
