Frozen Spanish Iberian Pork Secreto (available only for pick-up from La Tapería)

The secreto of the Spanish Ibérico pig is a very delicious cut and is great for grilling due to its strong marbling. The secreto cut is a small, thin cut that is hard to find, thus the name. Serve with a glass of good red wine and crusty bread to mop up the juices.
