Pintxo of Anchovy, Sun-Dried Tomato and Alioli



A tasty and very easy-to-make appetizer. Have it ready in only 5 minutes!  




(10 pintxos):

- 1 baguette

Anchovy Fillets From Cantabria

- 10 sun-dried tomatoes

- 5 boiled eggs

Salsa Alioli - Garlic Sauce




1. Slice the baguette and lay out the slices on to a plate. Cut the eggs in half.

2. Top each slice with half an egg and an anchovy on top. Then a sun-dried tomato, and finally top with alioli. Serve.
