This intensely flavored ham is cured for over 36 months in the mountains of Spain, transforming the pork into a concert of flavors achieved by no other ham.

We prefer to import the bone-in hams ourselves instead of have our supplier send it to you directly. That way the ham will arrive to you in optimum conditions. We bring all our products in refrigerated trucks. It is true that bone-in ham is best preserved in room temperature and therefore you might think that can be a week travelling around Europe. Imagine the south of Europe in summer: 40 degrees and your ham sitting in the back of a van for days. When we import the ham ourselves you can be sure that it reaches you in perfect conditions.

Castro & González is a Spanish ham producer situated in the village of Guijuelo (Salamanca), in the Protected Designation of Origin (PDO) Jamón de Guijuelo. This third generation family company was founded in 1910 and is well know for the excellent quality of its Jamón Ibérico and other Iberian products.

Serve it at room temperature and enjoy with a glass of red wine.
