Mahon cheese is one of Spain’s many excellent cheeses. It is produced on the island of Menorca, one of Spain’s Balearic Islands located in the Mediterranean Sea. The ripening of this cured cheese takes longer than six months, as a result the cheese is very aromatic and has a strong taste. The paste is firm and consistent. Excellent as an appetizer or dessert.
Ingredients: Pasteurised cow´s milk, milk ferments, rennet, salt.
