Thick Taza Hot Chocolate
Rich, hot ‘a la taza’ chocolate is a Spanish classic, perfect for dipping crispy churros and pastries! Chocolate a la taza is easy to make: add scoops of chocolate powder to milk simmering on the stove and stir until it thickens, then pour into a cup (taza means cup in Spanish). The thickness can be adjusted by the number of scoops you add. On average you should add 2-4 spoonfuls per cup of milk and in less than ten minutes you will be enjoying a delicious mug of hot chocolate!
