Mojo Verde Sauce
Originated in the Canary Islands, mojo verde is normally eaten with the small, wrinkly Canarian potatoes in the famous dish known as "papas arrugadas".
Mojo verde sauce is made with green peppers, parsley, cilantro, garlic and vinegar mostly.

Ingredients: Water, sunflower oil, green pepper, chili, garlic, vinegar, parsley, cilantro, spices, salt and stabilizer: xanthan gum.
