Fideuá - Paella with Pasta
Once upon a time some deep-sea fishermen decided to make paella but forgot to bring rice with them and used what they had on-board, noodles. And so was born in Gandia (Valencia) this famous fish and noodle dish. Fideuá is even simpler to prepare than paella. Once the broth is heated up, it takes less than ten minutes before the thin noodles of fideo pasta are fully cooked. Serve your paella pan full of richly flavored fideuá with generous dollops of aioli garlic mayonnaise for a delicious, distinctive meal.
