Castro & González is a Spanish ham producer situated in the village of Guijuelo (Salamanca), in the Protected Designation of Origin (PDO) Jamón de Guijuelo. This third-generation family company was founded in 1910 and is well known for the excellent quality of its Jamón Ibérico and other Iberian products.
